My nick name is Yeng. Obviously, I'm not Chinese. There are only two oriental words I know, siopao and siomai.
I am the author of the book 'PRODUCTIVE PINOY'. I strongly believe that each person is gifted to do both meaningful and remarkable work.
I've been alive and kicking for the past 33 years and have been an entrepreneur almost half of my life. I am the founder of Blueacres Land and Development, a thriving small-scale real estate company that specializes in residential leasing.
I love my wife and thank God she loves me too! We treasure our 3 sons. My eldest is going to be a billionaire someday. My second, perhaps a master chef. And who knows? My youngest child might become a rock star.
